What we do/Our aims
PEP:mk provides quality training to raise standards across the Partnership through shared resources and strengths.
All members of staff are valued within our schools and training is provided for all members of staff. In addition, PEP:mk works in partnership with ITT providers supporting trainee teachers through a programme of placements.
In partnership with Denbigh Teaching School Alliance we are able to offer our services as an Appropriate Body for NQTs.
Currently our membership includes over 50 primary schools, with further schools that buy into individual courses. We are inviting you to join the schools that are already in our growing partnership.
We monitor and evaluate all our provision carefully and our high levels of excellent feedback ensure our continuity.
Aims of PEP:mk
- To develop and offer professional development courses and training to staff in Partnership schools. The programme will be determined annually to meet the priorities of schools in the Partnership. The training will be aimed at teachers and support staff as well as promoting leadership development. The courses will be advertised to schools outside the Partnership at a cost
- To promote the development of high quality learning in the schools of the Partnership.
